SiteMech.NET also supports Microsoft SQL Server Express and MySQL which are free. 

Why does my database have requirements and limitations to be managed with SiteMech.NET CMS?

Only appropriately designed databases are manageable with such universal and multi-purpose CMS like ours. For example if your tables has no integer ID fields, the records cannot be uniquely identified; fields of Image or Binary types are not supported with current CMS version, but will work in future releases. SiteMech.NET includes software that validates your database and helps you to make it compatible with our product.
